Shipping policy

Fulfillment & Dispatch

  • All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse at Girulių g. 10-201, 12112 Vilnius, Lithuania.

  • Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days of receipt (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

Shipping Zones & Rates
We currently ship to the following regions with the standard rates below:

European Union (excluding Lithuania) €10.00 Applies to EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Switzerland and 26 more) as shown.
North America – Canada & United States €10.00 Applies to orders shipped to Canada & USA.

Delivery Time Estimates

  • Lithuania: Expect delivery 2–3 business days after dispatch.

  • EU Countries: Delivery generally takes 5–10 business days, depending on carrier and customs.

  • North America: Delivery may take 10–15 business days, depending on location and customs.

Tracking & Carriers

  • Each shipped order will include a tracking number so you can follow the parcel’s progress.

  • We partner with reliable carriers; if you need preferred carrier options, contact us before dispatch.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • For shipments outside Lithuania, the recipient may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees imposed by the destination country.

  • We strongly recommend customers check with local customs regulations before placing an order.

Returns & Undelivered Parcels

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs for redelivery.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
